Adam Naamani has over 15 years of real estate experience, and is a buyer representative specialist. By academia, Adam studied at the University of British Columbia in the Bachelor of Business in Real Estate program, where he learned the complex nature of the physical and intangible components of real estate. His education led to a career as a designated residential real estate appraiser, where he valued $1.6 billion in volume throughout the Lower Mainland, and it became evident how archaic and fragmented the industry was from a technological standpoint. He developed a passion for the intersection of real estate and technology, subsequently founding and working for PropTech startups, both consumer-facing and B2B to make an impact at scale.
After getting his trading license, his technological background became the impetus to join eXp Realty—a cloud-based brokerage with over 85,000 agents in 23 countries. His multi-faceted knowledge enables him to take what is traditionally a convoluted sales process, and provide a streamlined experience for his clients to achieve their real estate goals.
